19. Development of divergent thinking through Qualtrics-based exercises

Short Description

Creativity is enhanced through the development of the habit of developing multiple possible ideas for the solution of any given problem. This is called “divergent thinking”. Using Qualtrics XM software, a series of game-like exercises were developed to increase student ability to generate multiple original and applicable ideas. The session will demonstrate the development and class implementation of a series of games; participants will be able to experience the games in the session.
