Short Description

In an effort to broaden the accessibility and usefulness of a collaboration-focused learning management system (LMS), our team undertook the task of reviewing the literature on team dynamics to aggregate and distill a set of observable individual team member behaviors that shape group dynamics. The goal is to enable the collection of data instructors may use to gain insight into their teams’ developing dynamics.
