Short Description

Staff development is challenging with the changes in the health care industry. Historically, staff receive ongoing development either with a traditional class type presentation, or by viewing online learning module. The blended learning approach allow for benefits for these two formats to come together to allow for a more beneficial learning opportunity. Learners were invited to attend a blended learning staff development course and asked to share their perceptions about the effectiveness of the course.
