Short Description

Assessing the training needs of postsecondary online writing instructors (POWIs) includes understanding their instructional practices, teaching experiences, values, and attitudes. The purpose of this exploratory quantitative study is to assess the training needs of POWIs at a mid-size public university in the Western United States. Instructional designers and those involved in postsecondary online writing instruction, postsecondary online writing program administration, and faculty development administration will benefit from this presentation
