Short Description

K-12 Educational leaders experienced ongoing challenges before, during, and after the onset of the pandemic. The challenges were exacerbated during and after the pandemic. A transforming school culture and climate resulted. The pandemic brought to the forefront academic and technology needs within the school community along with the combined safety, social, and welfare needs of students, teachers, educational leaders, and the community. Educational leaders have the opportunity to redesign comprehensive success through collaborations and coaching.
