Virtual reality (VR) is an evolving emergent technology that has recently gained growing interest and has gradually been utilized in teaching and learning processes for educational purposes. Preparing students to design, develop, implement, and evaluate VR activities aligned with specific student learning outcomes will further the adoption of VR technology in a wide variety of learning environments. This design-based research study focuses on this need to prepare students to create VR learning experiences.
