This longitudinal single case study aims to explore how in-service teachers, enrolled in a three semester long personalized learning (PL) endorsement program, have transformed their classroom practice to implement PL in their K-12 classrooms. We focused on elevating the voices of those teachers so that we may learn from their reflections on their implementation experiences. We investigated instructional strategies and technology tools they used, their roles, and benefits and challenges they perceived while implementing PL.
