Short Description

Researchers and educators use spatial skills as a significant indicator to predict student learning outcomes and performance in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. The proposed study aims at improving students’ and teachers’ spatial information literacy for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Geographic Information Science (GIScience), specifically the techniques and technologies used to collect, visualize, and communicate spatial information.
