The launch of ChatGPT has gained significant attention and enthusiasm. People are worried that this tool might cause problems in learning and teaching. As this technology is expected to persist and advance, we aim to embrace its potential by understanding its workings and educators’ perspectives on it. In this presentation, we will share the findings of an ongoing study that explores higher education teachers’ perceptions of ChatGPT.
