Instructional designers can leverage their expertise and position to influence change at all levels. This session will discuss their unique and significant role in relation to influencing their higher education context. Attendees will receive concrete strategies for using systems thinking approaches to make the benefits of leveraging instructional designers explicit to higher education stakeholders, including senior leaders, deans, department heads, faculty, and students.
