Online learning presents an opportunity and a challenge for institutions to provide disabled students with an accessible education. Given this, a group of accessibility experts, including a native screen reader user, designed a module on how a screen reader user understands, orientates, and navigates through content for an online graduate assistive technology course. In this interactive session, we will demonstrate the module's design, share students’ feedback, and discuss implications for research and practice.
