Introducing a social media-supported visualization strategy in engineering education

Short Description

Concept maps and social media technologies have been deemed as modern tools to engage students in active and collaborative learning. This interactive discussion describes the initial work of a grant-funded project where classroom learning was transformed through the use of social media-supported visualization strategy in an engineering education context. We will introduce the course redesign process as well as present the preliminary evaluation data from students in this interactive session.
