Short Description

As a result of COVID-19, nearly every faculty member gained some experience teaching online. However, these experiences varied from faculty to faculty, leaving institutions struggling to find the best way to support and develop faculty to teach online. In this session, we will present the details of how we revamped our approach to online faculty development, including a series of competencies, certificates, and offerings, as well as the lessons learned during the last two years.
