Short Description

This study discusses a systematic review of the literature within the field of computer-assisted language learning (CALL) and its overlap with teacher education for 25 years. This presentation describes the significant changes in research interests and its impact upon teacher education and CALL. Finally, the study concludes with the current research trends and the integration of greater learning theories and themes, which highlights a promising direction in CALL research and teacher education.
