Short Description

This panel will discuss strategies for effective instructional designer and-faculty SME collaboration given the existing faculty-staff power dynamics. Panelists and session attendees will give voice to the often ignored and unspoken tensions originating from differences in ethnic, racial, sexual, or gender identities.
