Short Description

The discussion of ChatGPT as a tool in specific contexts is limited. We were interested in exploring the potential as a tool for learners within the context of introductory chemistry. We engaged with the AI to study the outputs that potential learners would encounter. We aimed to determine the efficacy of ChatGPT to correctly answer questions a learner would use, and to elucidate how the AI was processing queries.
