Quality assurance for online course design is frequently experienced as either an individual responsibility of faculty and instructional designers, or as an institutional mandate that lacks key support resources. In this session, we'll examine recent research that views online QA as organizational change management, and explores the people, policies, and processes that drive online QA implementation.
