Short Description

This systematic review examines personalized learning in massive open online courses (MOOCs). This review includes 54 articles published between 2018-2022 to understand the trends, methods/interventions, and outcomes in the research. We organize the included articles into themes of purpose, interventions, and outcomes. In this presentation, we will highlight the importance and methodologies of personalized learning in MOOCs, providing researchers and practitioners with insight into the field of online learning.
