89. Institutional Support for Research-Practice Partnerships

Research-practice partnerships (RPPs) have the potential to improve educational practice through rich research focused on needs in practice. Institutional supports and brokering activities to support RPPs are being explored at a large university in the western United States, with pilot RPP projects being organized and funded. The purpose of this work is to study how the University supports these projects and what impact the supports have on the life and progress of the RPP projects.
