Short Description

This presentation reports on a project exploring online school administrators’ roles from two different perspectives (i.e., administrators and teachers) as viewed through observing and supporting online Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). We will share our understanding of what online school administration should consider when leading, mentoring, and supporting online PLC practices, what K-12 online educators perceive to be the best online PLC practices, and how online PLC observation should be performed.
