Short Description

This panel will discuss how instructional design programs can best support their students through advanced instructional design coursework. The majority of studies on instructional design pedagogy have focused on introductory instructional design courses. The panelists will share challenges with facilitating instruction to support students’ development of design expertise. The goal of this session is to have an interactive conversation with attendees to strategize different instructional activities that can be employed in instructional design coursework.
