Short Description

This study emphasizes the importance of faculty development in medical education institutions and the need to identify the most effective framework for improving teaching quality, research productivity, and professional development. A meta-analysis of existing literature on faculty development frameworks was employed to achieve this goal. The findings can guide the development of effective faculty development programs that meet the specific needs of faculty members and contribute to improving the quality of health professional education.
