This article reports a study focusing on the expectations of adult learners of employee training. According to the results, the expectations of adults are respectively 1) interaction type (f=1391), 2) content design (f=576), 3) video interaction (f=474), 4) visibility (f=468), 5) decision to enroll (f=360), 6) expectations for satisfaction (f=321), 7) content preference (f=152), 8) resource management (f=68), 9) trainer preference (f=16) classified into nine categories. The research results will contribute to the design of personnel training in online learning environments.
