AECT at 100: An exploration of primary source documentation and the AECT Archives

Short Description

AECT has over 100 years of participation and leadership in the field of instructional design and technology. In the early 1950s, a group of members deemed it necessary to preserve records of that service and leadership in an archive. Over 70 years later, the archive still exists at the University of Maryland, College Park. This presentation aims to trace the history of the AECT archives and enlighten participants to the research opportunities and potential housed within.
