This research aimed to evaluate strengths and weaknesses, and to propose strategies and solutions to strengthen the One School One Tumbol Project (OSOTP). This research employed a case study methodology of the Ban Phiafan-Nonsawan School, Khon Kaen, Thailand. Three instruments were used for the data collection including an open-ended questionnaire, in-depth interview, and focus group discussion and analyzed by descriptive analysis. Results indicated that:
1) The school’s strengths consisted of 3 areas; school administration, environment, and media. The weaknesses included 2 areas: teachers and participation.
2) Strategies to strengthen the project were the school principal as the developer with good leadership, the participation from all sectors, effective administration, development of primary factors, and effective quality assurance.
