Abstract

This study consists of two parts. First, we analyzed representations of cultural ethos and contemporary Korean culture portrayed in the books. Second, we examined Korean transnational children's responses to the second book, Yoon and the Christmas Mitten. Specifically, we explored how the children responded to inaccurate descriptions of Korean culture.
