Abstract

The primary goal was to teach the individual diagnosed with ASD effective communication skills. Due to the fact that the individual was nonverbal, diagnosed with Autism, and visually impaired, mand training was selected to teach him to communicate. Throughout the study, the participant progressed by increasing independent manding and decreasing escape responses.
