Abstract

This paper chronicles a research and development project facilitated by the author during the past school year with the Enlarged City School District of Troy, New York. The purpose of the project was to create a Culture of Care in individuals schools in the district and throughout the school district. In this paper the data collected and analyzed and the resulting findings are shared.
