Due to the application and popularization of ICT, student reading habits have been observed to change, with a trend toward online reading. This study uses the survey data of PISA 2009 to analyze how the online behaviors of Chinese students influence on reading literacy. We use multiple regression analysis to analyze the relationship of reading literacy and related factors between the highest and lowest performance groups. This study determines that online reading, home educational resources, and enjoyment of reading impacts on the reading literacy of a specific student group. The families with more adequate information resources will enhance the student’s reading literacy. Another important influenced factor is the student’s online reading habits, which can improve their reading literacy performance.
