This study aimed to investigate the predictors of statistics self-efficacy of graduate students. Data were collected from graduate students (n=107) enrolled in an English medium university in Turkey. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was run in order to analyze data. Results of the analysis indicated that employer support and research training environment were statistically significant predictors of statistics efficacy controlling for gender, age, and marital status of the participants, explaining 22% of the variance.
