Abstract

This paper will address the challenges and opportunities facing Millennial students at HBCUs. Specifically, this paper will describes the experience of Black male Millennial students at HBCUs and provide critical strategies applicable to institutional leaders as they work to support and retain this contemporary population of Black men on their campuses.
