Abstract

This quantitative discussion within the graduate student dialogic forum provides an opportunity for dialogue between early and established quantitative scholars on emerging research agendas within the field of educational leadership. Select Division A graduate students will present their current research to stimulate discussion among peers and scholars about future quantitative research in educational leadership. The papers included extend current research through new theoretical perspectives, research methodologies, or novel topics which contribute to our understanding of the ways in which leadership contributes to learning and equity in schools.
