Abstract

The purpose of this graduate student qualitative research discussion within this dialogic forum is to help build a community of qualitative researchers from emerging and established scholars. Select Division A graduate students will present their current research to encourage discussion about the current and future directions of qualitative research within the field of educational leadership. The presentations included in this discussion detail studies that extend current findings and theory on leadership practices and social interactions which promote learning and equity.
