The purpose of this study is to understand how issues pertaining to race, racial inequities, and the experiences of racial minorities are taught in higher education and student affairs master’s programs. The ultimate aim of this research is to offer implications for graduate program faculty that will enhance how they prepare students to anticipate and engage racial issues more comfortably in future professional roles, as well as work more effectively to narrow outcomes gaps between racial minorities and their White counterparts.
