Abstract

The proposed paper is a conceptual discussion of a series of qualitative and quantitative research endeavors that share common underpinnings. The purpose of paper will be to demonstrate commonalities between quantitative and qualitative work in order to encourage readers to allow research questions guide methodological choices and avoid over-emphasizing division between research paradigms.
