Abstract

Due to the similarity in their political and educational set ups and homogeneity of the culture, the members of Gulf States strived to implement quality and accreditation policies and standards. This paper explains the processes and major components, framework and stages of developing the system and the model in addition to related procedures and documents. In the processes of developing this model, the project surveyed, analyzed, and compared the regional related systems as well as international best practices and effective practices based on research. The model commensurate with the circumstances and needs of the region and its educational systems, and is in line with regulations and accreditation standards known internationally.
