Exploring College Readiness: An Early College High School Case Study

Abstract

This case-study research explores college readiness, examining the experiences of eight Early College High School students in college ready component areas. Further, the study analyzes school intentions in comparison to student self-identified outcomes through document and policy analysis. These analyses will be used as a backdrop to inform a broader conversation about student readiness and meeting and understanding the diverse needs of incoming students.
