Leadership Dispositions of Turnaround Principals

Abstract

The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological multi-case study is to explore the lived experiences and dispositions of turnaround principals. Seidman’s model will be used to interview principals from the states of Illinois. Indiana. Knowledge derived from this study advances the knowledge regarding turnaround principals, and has implications for aspiring principals, principals, superintendents, boards of education and colleges of education.
