Sun, April 15, 12:25 to 1:55pm, Sheraton Wall Centre, Floor: Third Level, South Beluga

Abstract

We, the authors and participants of our autographic and duo-ethnographic study, engaged with influential cinematic icons from our respective childhoods to articulate and dis/articulate our gender heritages, particularly in relationship to formal and unformal curriculum. We situate gender as learned, mediated, performed while situated within cultural stratifications and artifacts that connect media, culture, and curriculum.
