This paper focuses on the unique, multiple-researcher theoretical voice analysis that was applied to acquired data. Three separate researchers analyzing the same data set employed three ethical perspectives/paradigms or theoretical orientations commonly referenced within the field of educational leadership. An Analysis Protocol was utilized to guide multiple voice researches as they proceeded to study, sort, code and develop themes within their own particular theoretical orientation based upon both a written transcript paired with data recordings. Additionally, the Analysis Protocol served to guide multiple voice researchers in conversation about meaning making and the structured pace of analysis by means of recursive reflexivity.
