Abstract
Given the expanding body of research, action and policies that address and promote diversity in the teaching force and the concomitant growth of PK-12 students from various backgrounds, this symposium is designed to inform state, national and district level programs and policies that aim to attract, prepare and employ PK-12 teachers of color.
