Abstract
In this full paper session, authors explore factors that impact technology integration. Such factors include technology infrastructure, evaluation of teacher professional development, school culture, and professional development in learning theories. Of special note is that the research reported in the session papers was conducted among students in three different states in the USA plus several other countries.
