The purpose of this study is to examine if school principal profiles in China, Ghana, Hungary, Turkey and the United States are significantly different from one another. A sample of 527 school principals of five countries participated in the study. A descriptive design with researcher-constructed quantitative and qualitative survey questionnaires was used for data collection. Descriptive statistics together with analysis of variance were used to analyze principals’ responses of the five countries. Findings of the study showed that differences in the school principal profiles of the five countries are inevitable because of basic differences in cultural orientation, political views, and developmental needs of the five countries. Principals of different countries have much to learn from one another.
