Abstract

There is a large group of parents whose first language is not English. These parents may have particular needs when making sense of score report information. This presentation describes ongoing work designing and evaluating score reports for parents who are English language learners. This work builds on prior work designing and evaluating score reports for particular audiences including teachers, administrators, students and parents.
