This study provided insight into the perspectives of students, and focused on perceived transformations in teaching beliefs, knowledge and practice through engaging in instructional coaching. The researchers analyzed interviews, participants’ course artifacts, and online discussion posts. Findings provide insight into the learning of participants as well as specific course elements that promote transformation of teacher knowledge and practice. This study has implications for teacher educators, graduate program developers, and school personnel focused on teacher learning and development.
