Abstract

This study examines the journey of teaching in a new online blended Master of Educational Leadership program, detailing the challenges of and reflections on the goal of promoting equitable schooling by fostering social justice principles and culturally responsive practices in a largely hegemonic student population of future educational leaders. Using unique qualitative methods, this study investigates the effectiveness of various classroom techniques and practices used to facilitate culturally responsive leaders.
