Abstract

In this session narratives of the experiences and journeys of Indigenous women educators will be shared. An overview of the study and findings will be shared and will highlight the unique experiences of Indigenous women in education. Findings will address their journeys in the academy, the influence of their Indigenous backgrounds, and their roles in their Indigenous communities.
