In this inquiry, two literacy teacher educators conducted a self-study into the collaborative processes they used to make significant changes to their practices in a writing methods course.
Cyclical reflective and dialogic methods were used to both generate and analyze data.
Four interconnected findings suggest the complex collaborative processes through in which development of new instructional practices occurred. Implications for teacher educators arise from these findings.
