Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of non-Black/African American students who recently graduated from a historically Black college or university (HBCU). Researchers and practitioners will benefit from this study as they seek to understand, recruit, and retain non-Black students to HBCUs in an increasingly diverse and competitive postsecondary environment.
