Abstract

This paper focused on the early lives of Hillary Rodham Clinton and Condoleezza Rice. Exceptional women no doubt, but what do we know of their leadership journey? Was their success as simple as doing what is right, the right way, at the right time or was it based on much more? To learn about their stories and leadership journey, this research explored their early lives as young girls and women. The study revealed that both have much to inform us about grooming young women for leadership.
